I spent almost year researching and window shopping multiple manufactures for a new motorcycle. After reading numerous reviews, sitting on floor models and talking with fellow riders I decided it was finally time for a Harley. I visited several dealerships in the area and selected Quantico Harley Davidson based on the knowledge and patience of the sales staff.

The entire team provided a great experience for me, from the sale with Morgan, to dealer Q&A with Ken the manager and then through financing, everyone was pleasant and answered every question. Six months later and I have experienced the service department (kudos on the free pick and delivery for service) the parts department and the motor clothes department; every person I have interacted with treats you with respect and truly wants to make your experience great.

After stopping in another area HD and experiencing what I can only call an uninterested sales staff, I decided to make the trip to HD of Quantico. Mitch greeted me as I walked in and offered his help. I was interested in buying a 2014 Street Glide Special. He showed me all the new features and walked me through the showroom showing me what they had available. I appreciated being treated like a fellow rider and not a 'female who rides' , if that makes sense. I told him I would be back. The next morning I came in and after some bargaining, a deal was made and I had a 2014 Street Glide Special. Everyone from motorclothes to parts, to service was very professional and accomodating. Sue in finance was great and walked me through the buying process step by step. Its my first Harley, and I cannot be more pleased with the buying process, my beautiful bike and everything Harley has to offer! And I totally loved ringing the bell and everyone clapping! Today, I had a nine o'clock appointment for a front tire install and a 15K service on my 2011 Ultra Limited. I arrived at 0830 hrs, and they checked my bike in and began work early. My bike was completed in a shorter amount of time than I thought it would be. This made me very happy as there was a threat of storms in the late afternoon.

Everything was done that I asked them to do, and they also serviced the air cleaner which I had no idea needed changing. I am constantly amazed with the level of customer service I receive from Harley Davidson of Quantico. I'm pretty sure that is why I keep going back for their quality service work and cordial staff of employees. When I got my bike back, it was spotless and shining bright; when they got it that morning, it was a mess covered in dried bugs and saltwater slime as I had just been to the Outer Banks. Thanks again!

Our experience in purchasing a 2014 Tri Glide at HD of Quantico was exceptional and is what I would expect of any dealer. Even though I was looking at purchasing a Tri Glide in the next couple of months I was mixed as to whether I should purchase a 2014 or wait until the 2015 models arrived. My riding partner had seen the color that we were looking for at HD of Quantico so after visiting four other HD dealers the past week my wife and I decided to drive to Dumfries, VA and visit the dealership. Fred Somaschini of the sales staff was very courteous, professional and readily answered the questions that we had. We told him what we had seen and were looking for and after consulting with the sales manager Cliff Brooks we decided it didnt make sense to wait for the 2015s and purchased the Tri Glide on the floor. Cliff was personable, to the point and gave me his business card and told me to call him personally if I had any issues at all with the dealership which In dont foresee. Working with Christina in financing was a breeze and answered all the questions that we had and did not push to add any additional maintenance and insurance options. OG Orban in parts got together the accessories that I wanted to add and answered questions on other parts I was looking for. The service department added my accessories without any problem and delived a great looking bike. All in all this was an enjoyable transaction and even though HD of Quantico is not my closest HD Dealer Ill enjoy stopping by to visit and/or having my bike serviced there.

I just wanted to extend my thanks to the Service Team at Quantico Harley. Since I moved to the area they have taken such good care of my bike and always go the extra mile to ensure that I walk out the door satisfied and confident of the work that they perform. It is evident that Tim Weisenberger, the Service Manager, leads his team and is concerned about customer service and good maintenance. Here is my latest example. I purchased a race tuner and some cams. The service department installed them and I rode off. I noticed some surging at 3200 rpm and called Tim. He immediately went to work with Shawn to diagnose the problem and continued to work the issue until it was completely resolved and I was happy. I don't know of any other dealership that would have gone to the lengths that Tim, Shawn and the GM Ken Barner did to make sure I was satisfied with my bike. Tim runs a great team and it is important to me that I completely trust the folks who maintain my motorcycle. Working with Quantico Harley reaffirms my commitment as one of their clients and their integrity and professionalism are what makes me a loyal customer to them and the Harley Davidson brand. I can go to other dealerships but I choose Quantico Harley because of the caliber of their people.

Since I moved to the area I have had my bike serviced by Quantico Harley. I can take my bike anywhere for service and parts but I choose to go there because of the professionalism of the staff. Tim, the service manager is assisted by John and Sean who take the time to ensure that they know what I want done. Tim is the type of person that I know my bike is well taken care of because he exudes a level of professionalism and integrity. The bottom line is that I trust him and his staff with one of my prized possessions. They do great work, on time and to standard. Tim's front staff, Sean and John round out his team and seem to make the service department run like clockwork.

Chris and Schyler in the parts department always have been incredibly professional and take the time to research parts combinations that I look for and make sound recommendations.

The bottom line is that while many of the friendly faces are left from the previous ownership, the level of customer service has shot through the roof. That is a product of good leadership that enabled the talent that already resided at Quantico Harley to excel. The dealership is now owned by the Britt automotive group.The general mgr is Ken Barner.I have written Mr.Britt about Ken stating how much my experiance with Mr Barner has bee there is anothere ofr time I was taken care of in such an awsome manner,but not about a motorcycle.I had lost a lot of faith and respect for Harley and with Kens action and impecable customer service skill I will be sticking with Harleys beca.He handled my situation with decency and a whole lot of compassion.Waugh HD is a lot closer and safer to go to(I95)but my bike will be going to East Coast.I can go on an on about this new manager,but there isn't enough time or words to thank this man.In this dsy an time where you have to be carefull with your money and dealerships are not wget the job dhat they use to be Britt automotive group is stepping up ttheir dealerships by putting people like Mr. Barner in charge to.

I have been meaning to drop you a note. Last summer I was in
town visiting and ran into bike trouble. Your staff did a GREAT job of
helping out a traveler. They quickly got my bike into the shop and were
able to diagnose and fix a problem with my temperature sensor in a couple
of hours. The tech also gave my bike a quick once over and noticed a
couple of loose bolts on the fuel tank. I was amazed by the quick and
friendly service given to a visitor from Ohio.

on Saturday may 25 my road king broke down about 1 mile from Harley Washington D.C, I called that dealership since I was only about 1 mile away and they pretty much blew me off,being from Indiana I thought they would be a little sympathetic,? not at all I was told they are a first come first serve and they would be closing early for the party that was going on there for memorial weekend, So I had called Dumfries Harley and said sure get it here we will see what we can do to get u back on the road, Finally I got towed there and arrived about 5:15 pm however they got my bike inside and even though tomorrow was sunday they had someone come in for a couple hours to check it out to no availe, I understood ,it was sunday, and with Monday being closed because of memorial day I was unable to leave with my group of 24 riders from Elkhart Indiana hog chapter so a 2 day layover was going to happen,,at least they tried,so Tuesday by noon they had it figured out and I was finally headed home,my experiance was very good and the more exciting part was they only charged me a 89$ diagnosis and about 12$ for a relay and a switch,it was great to have a positive experience after being blown off by Harly Davidson of D.C thanks to all who were involved with getting me back on the road!! Took my bike in for some upgrades...waiting for parts is a killer. I had contacted John after a week and he advised one of the parts still hadn't arrived. John later left me a phone message and when I returned it, Richard just wanted to let me know that they were backlogged, but the parts were in and they would put my bike on the rack Monday. That was a nice touch. I've been going to ECHD service for the last 4 years...it's the only shop I trust to handle my bike!!!

I'm a member of East Coast Hogs , I have had 2 bikes which I have repaired and serviced. Service writer John Duncan always makes sure the repairs are done with a caring which makes me feel that MY Bike is his bike for the short time it's with him. If John is on his day off I will not drop off my bike until he returns !.Last night I met Service Manager Richard Nathanson talked for a time and I feel that he cares about MY bike not the amount the shop made for the day . The owners of East Cost Harley have a top notch service department which shows . I have to drive from Fredericksburg to Dunfries for service but it's worth it !!!!

When I brought in my Sportster for a 5k service, they treated it like it was their own. Their professionalism is exemplary and their dedication to the customer is superb. Special thanks to Josh for finding and correcting a safety item on my bike that I overlooked when I, meaning me, changed out the shocks on my bike. After bringing it in for the 5k service, I can honestly say that my bike hasn't run better than when it came out of your shop. There are two people you want to trust implicitly in life, one is your barber and the other is your mechanic. "This was my first motorcycle purchase and I must say the staff was very helpful. I found the used bike on the web site and as soon as I called PJ was professional and helpful. She checked to make sure the bike was still there before I wasted a trip since I was about 45 min away from the dealer. When I came in to the dealer she wasted no time in showing me the bike and telling me about it. She answered all my questions and gave me information I had not thought about. The next day I came back to pick up the motorcycle and PJ was off. I thought this might be a problem but again as soon as I came in I was greeted and asked what I needed. When I told them they knew who I was and introduced me to Lindsey in finance. She was great. She explained so many things I didn't know about from my research it was awesome. "Usually I dont bother with this type of stuff, but when someone goes above and beyond to help, I think people need to know. I was looking for a Christmas present for my husband and had been to two other Harley shops. One store never even bothered to talk to me and the other just said "over there" when I was looking for something in particular. I left, annoyed, and drove to East Coast. "The "Family" atmosphere There is alot to be said about the Family atmosphere at East Coast Harley; From the Clothing Sales staff, to Parts and Service, to the Motor Sales and Financing Staff the customer is "Family". "My 2009 Streetglide was running rough with increased virbration, it was running like a shovelhead on one jug. I dropped it off at the Service Department and the next day they let me know a heat sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Within a few days the sensor had arrived and my motor was ready for pickup, no charge, as it was covered by warranty. The service guys were top rate in the way they talked to me and handled my problem."

"I recently purchased a 2012 Ultra Classic CVO. The radio was not working So I called Richard in Service. He was very friendly and professional told me to bring it right in. Upon further diagnostics It was determined that I needed a wiring harness which would take 2 weeks to order. I was not thrilled with this but what can you do. Richard kept me posted on the progress and called me as soon as the part came in. Once the part arrived he had the bike fixed in a day. When I arrived at the dealership to pick the bike up he met me at the door took me back to my bike went over the repairs and I was Back On the Road! "Richard, My name is Joey Davis. I want to personally thank you for help with an issue. As you recall I own a 2011 FLHX Street Glide I purchased from your dealership in NOV of 2010 from Jeff Wallace. This past week I was riding to Deal Gap (5/25/2012) when I had a wheel weight come off the bike and damage the front fender and cause the front tire to be off balanced just past the VA border heading into NC. I stopped in the nearest Harley Davidson and had them rebalance the tire and went on my way and this dealer had told me the tire was installed wrong and the extended warranty I bought wasnt any good. I finished my trip and when I arrived home I went off to East Coast Harley Davidson to see the service manager. Rick greeted me with a positive attitude. Listened to my problem of the bike. Listened to me complain about the Harley warranty and I wanted a refund. He then took the work order from me and looked over the repair work and set the record straight with FACTS. He then offered a solution to my problem and did this all with a smile and calming me down as he could tell I wasnt a happy customer. Then he went over with me what my harley warranty covers and why I shouldnt cancel it. Richard went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expect of a Service Manager. Because of him I will continue to let East Coast be my number #1 dealer to repair,service, and purchase my Harley Davidson. "Today, both my Father and I visited East Coast Harley to get our bikes serviced (both needed a 5k service). We arrived at about 9:50AM. Immediately, as we pulled up to the Service entrance, Richard and Philip came outside and each checked in a motorcycle. After the appropriate paperwork had been completed, we were advised it would be about a three hour wait. We had been up the Saturday before to make an appointment and Richard told us to come up whenever convenient and they would make it work. Well, they did just that. We went up to Dunkin Donuts for coffee first, then came back and floor shopped for a while. The we enjoyed the chair and couch in the lounge area while we chatted with a young lady from motor clothes who was most helpful. I then ordered some accessories from Chris (who is very helpful) and afterwards, we went across the street for lunch. Upon our return, I spotted two motors that resembled ours only they were a hell of a lot cleaner than when we last saw them. ALL the work had been completed, in less than the three hour wait, and, the bikes looked GREAT! This was my second experience with the service department after my purchase at East Coast. "Headed south from NY state and around Philly, my gauges crapped out. No signal, horn, etc. My brother lives in Virginia so I stopped there, waiting for Monday am. Called East Coast looking for help, they took me right away. It was a time consuming process trying to determine what wire was bad. At one point I'm sure there were 3 techs looking over the issue. Issue resolved and unlike other shops, I wasn't taken advantage of being an out of towner. Thats what I look for in a dealer more than whats the price of the bike? Next time East Coast...."

"Mr. Nathanson; My name is Jeff Hoertt I bought a 2013 Street Glide at East Coast on 15 Sept. Part of the purchase was for the service dept to put a few new things on I wanted it back as soon as I could because my wife passed on 10 Sept and my friends wanted me to ride the dragons tail in two weeks. Once the service dept heard this they jumped into action and not only had it finished while I waited but they had it cleaned, needless to say I cant thank them enough and I just wanted someone to know what a great and caring staff they have and how much it meant to me. "I'm new to the HOG family but from the first time that I walked into the showroom I felt like a member of the family, I even had my Husky with me and they never raised an eyebrow. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. After buying my Switchback it developed a problem, A member of the service department came to my house and took care of the problem and I was back on the road within minutes. I have never been given this kind of service before. Everytime I've been in I am greeted and treated great. I have and will continue telling my friends about Eastcoast. You guys are great."
