  • "I bought a 06 Ultra Classic from East Coast back in 06, Sale Department at the time was Okay and worked with me on the deal. The Service Department at the time was really poor at the time. And I swore I would never be back after a couple of issues with them.

    I decided to give you a 2nd chance, and so far I have been impressed. You were booked out a month and a half and let me know about Saturday 1st Come 1st Serve Saturdays. Service was completed and the installation of Slip-On Pipes was completed, and you washed my bike on top of that. I used to get that at the dealership I used regularly to go to. Service Writers Listened to my needs and provided a realistic time for completion and estimate for the service and install.

  • "I found the Dealership to be spot on. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was coming from upstate New York to pick up another motorcycle for my collection, and the help from the minute I stepped inside was great. I have been to many dealerships throughout the US and have worked at one myself so I was familiar with the procedures. Even though it would be unlikely for me to use their Service Dept. I was given all the information I asked for concerning the Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic w/sidecar I just purchased. Sue in Finance had everything ready for me to process the paperwork quickly and accurately knowing I had an eight-hour ride home to NY. I cannot say "Thank you" enough to my salesperson. Lance came through to make things happen so that I could add another motorcycle to my collection."

  • "My husband and I visited the Quantico showroom last week. We were very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They went out of their way to ensure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable while we shopped. My husband is a disablied Vietnam Veteran. He was treated with great respect by the Quantico staff. When we are ready to purchase a new bike, this is the only place I will spend my money. Other customers in the shop assured us their service department and staff continue to treat you like your the most important customer they have. Looking forward to many happy years working with this crew. Thank you Quantico Harley."

  • "I was looking to upgrade to a newer bike from my 2016. I found a 2019 Road King that fit what I was looking more on the HD Quantico website. I requested more information and received a call later from Matt Michell. Matt set up a day and time I could come by a discuss things. He also worked with the sales manager on getting me what I asked for on my trade in. Once the newer bike was selected, Matt introduced me to Susan in financing. Susan was great too. I closed the deal that day. All was painless and fun ! The ladies at the clothing section also helped and gave me a free shirt. I have bought cars, trucks, and bikes before but nothing compared to how great I was treated at Quantico. No pressure sales and I had multiple people working with me from sales, service, and financing. I feel a part of a family with all of them. Great place !"

  • "Bike was taken in for service for oil leak costing $1100, six months later bike was brought back for another oil leak and clucking noise from engine costing and additional $1800. Mechanic supposedly checked the problems and diagnosed the issue as being needing a new oil pump, and there was cam problem with the engine. Three days later, while riding the bike the engine seized. Service department was contacted and advised that I did damage the oil cooler due to road hazard debris and if that was the issue and my fault that I could report it to my insurance company and have repair the issue. The service department diagnosed the issue and stated that me damaging the oil cooler had no bearing on the engine seizing, so the issue could not be reported to the insurance company. Service department quoted $10,500 on a new engine and felt that they needed to provide a discount of $1500 to alleviate some of the expenses due to recurring issues with engine that were not properly fixed and addressed by mechanic when bike had been taken in for service previously on several occasions. After speaking with Service Manager and Owner of Dealership question was asked if they felt that they were not at fault ,then why was a discount offered? When the Service Manager stated the bike had engine problems from last year, which they only patched the bike up vice fixing the issues from the beginning in order to alleviate any further issues with the engine. They were responsible for the entire expense and not just offering of a discount since their mechanic failed to fix any issues and service the bike properly. This dealership is poor quality and customer care as they are just out to scam customers out of money without fixing bikes. Highly would not recommend going to this dealership for any of your bike problems"

  • "Service department will not properly fix your bike and scam you out of money for issues that you original took bike in to be serviced for and issues reoccur. Stay away from this service department dealership. If I could leave zero stars I would. Would not recommend this dealership"

  • "I would like to publicly thank the Service Department of H-D of Quantico for the outstanding customer service I received today. I am planning to ride to Sturgis next week and needed a State safety inspection. I informed Travis of my plans upon check-in and asked that the technician pay particular attention to any safety issues. Well, the technician did exactly what I requested. Travis showed me the issues with my tires which led me to request two replacement tires. Even though they were heavily booked, Travis did some magical juggling and I was able to get the tires replaced almost immediately. And thank goodness I did. The rear tire had a 3 inch wood screw sticking right through the tire. Things happen for a reason, but I am very glad that I was able to get my bike serviced today and very thankful to Travis and the technicians who are instrumental in me being able to make the ride next week.. Thank you."

  • "I just can’t stress enough how positive my experience was at Quantico Harley. Naturally I wanted the biggest, baddest, most expensive bike I could get. What I got was a thorough and positive buying experience, and an education. I got a big, bad bike. I also got an incredible deal and time spent finding what was best for me. No pressure, no demands, and no sleazy sales tactics. Full disclosure from the bike to the price to the loan and all points in between. I wasn’t sold a Harley Davidson, I was guided through fit, finish, and price that best suited me. Matt in sales is beyond top notch, and Sue in finance doesn’t just push you through paperwork. She explains everything. For the first time ever I am happy with my bike and have zero buyers remorse. Just an FYI I got a better price than I could find within 1,000 miles. Headed back to Quantico today for a new to her bike for the wife."

  • "I was on the fence with purchasing a bike; however, when I decided to do so the Quantico Team was overly supportive in how I wanted to proceed as well as understand the granularity of the process. Many thanks for a fine, non-pressure, and comfortable buying experience. Kudos to the team: the salesman and teacher "Fabulous Fabio"; The finance manager and educator "Super Susan"; the business-finance officer "Courteous Christina," for putting the sale over the finish line; service department "Terrific Todd" for the useful insider tips; and "Awesome Arley" in the parts department for demonstrating that accessorizing is like playing with legos! I appreciate Ken for helping me understand cleaning products, and it left a good impression that as the "business owner" he knows his merchandise and tradecraft. For ol' Navy guys like me ... stop in and see Ken for an "HT Punch." You know what I mean. I look forward visiting the dealer periodically when they host events or just to say hi.   • "Again kudos to all especially to Christina Schwartz, Sales and Business Manager, Susan Fleming the Finance Manager, Caleb Johnson Sales and to Arley in parts. Also the wonderful Service department (Todd, Travis, and JC). I picked up my bike yesterday and took off to break it in and got about 60 miles on my bike only to have a flat tire in the rear from a nail I must have picked up on the road. I made it back to the dealership and they got me right in and replaced my rear tire with only 60 miles on it. I always get the tire and rim warranty and it paid off. This dealership is the best!"

  • "Absolutely one of, if not the best Harley Dealership...PERIOD! I bought my bike there, I get my bike serviced there, I buy my accessories from there, and I often stop in just to say hello. All because of the awesome folks that work there. The dealership's staff is the epitome and role model of great customer service. I have a local dealership about five minutes from where I live, but I make the 30 minute drive over to Quantico Harley whenever I need something or just want to harass Arley and Don (great folks) back in parts. Travis and Todd back in service are AWESOME! I could go on all day about this place and after reading about all of the bad dealership on social media, I realize how lucky I am. I have and will continue to send all my friends and family there when looking to buy a bike or looking for parts. Keep it up!"

  • "Today, 19 Jul '17, I came to the Parts Dep to order aux road lamps. I wanted a H/D product for my 2002 BMW K1200RS. I also own a '96 FLSTC. Arly has been assisting me since '96. We were unable to find what I was looking for after looking through 4 catalogs. Disappointed, I was reluctantly heading out of the store to Coleman Power Sports when Arly called me back. He found exactly what I was looking for. The point being I'd given up but Arly had not! That's why I keep coming back ... your facility is magnificent but the real treasure, the 'gold' is your staff."

  • "I wanted to share my buying experience with this dealership. Actually, it was much more than just buying a motorcycle...it was service at it's finest. I was referred by a friend who had purchased a few bikes here and highly recommended them. After checking the inventory online; I called to let them know what I was looking for. I spoke with a salesman named Terry several times before actually finding what I was looking for. He made the deal that I was looking for...price and all. I couldn't be happier with my purchase...and will be referring all my friends there in the future. Great job!!"
